I can tell you from experience that starting a podcast is extremely easy and affordable.

• I use a software called Audacity, which is free to download, and a headset that I purchased on Amazon. Some people prefer to use a fancy microphone and their own headset, but it’s completely up to you. 
• I like using a headset because it’s simple and I don’t have to worry about extra equipment. I have kids who are always around, so I need things to be easy and streamlined. The headset I use helps me avoid distractions from outside noise, which can be a problem when recording. Although the headset is not mandatory, it’s definitely useful.
• I host my podcast on a platform called Podbean, which is super affordable at just a few dollars per month.

With these tools, anyone can start a podcast and reap the benefits. Of course, there are strategies and techniques to learn along the way, but starting a podcast is the first step to growing your business and establishing yourself as an authority in your niche
