The next thing that I did that was super practical that grew my business was to get quiet. For me, taking the time now to just get quiet and think about what I want and actually sleep on something has been a complete game changer. Just being alone, being quiet, and meditating, those things have been so helpful in building self-trust, because, at the end of the day, it comes down to self-trust.
Business growth tips #5: I focused on myself
I eliminate all the distractions and focus on one thing that will help me move my business forward and in my case it’s podcasting. I just focus on just one platform and I didn’t care about the rest. When I was starting out as a non-toxic coach, I was trying to do everything because I have this mentality that I’m going to outwork everybody else. And what happened is that I got burned out, because I was just living off of strategy, and not listening to my body and to my soul.
So having that focus, this time around with this business, was pivotal for my growth because I got to lean in on what I really wanted to do.
