Long story short, I started podcasting in May 2020. I had been just so burned out about other things before in the past. I tried Instagram and YouTube, and I really tried all the strategies, and I was just so highly burned out and then podcast showed in my life.
This all happened because of this podcast, this dream became a reality because of this podcast because of my patience, my vision, and my perseverance.
So today I want to break down and talk to you about how I exploded my podcast, which, therefore, grew my business and exponentially grew my income.
Here’s what I did:
I knew that this podcast is going to work. It was just a decision that I made that this podcast is going to work and that’s it. Now mind you, when I started my podcast, I had a vision in mind, and that vision changed over the years, I have rebranded it as a podcast because as I grow as I expand, and as I find my way in this online space, I evolve and this is just part of it.
If you already have a vision, what’s next? Of course, you must stay committed. My commitment to this podcast is obviously what allowed me to grow because I could have started and then quit. It took me four months of consistent publishing for my podcast to explode. So it was me staying consistent and just showing up even when I felt like nobody was listening. But here’s the thing, people were listening.
Ultimately, the way that I exploded my podcast was by doing it in a way that felt good to me. It was by doing it in a way that I knew that I could commit to so if I could commit to once-a-week episodes I committed to that I never committed to less than once a week, and I never missed a beat on my podcasts I always say consistent.
This is how I exploded my podcast it’s by being myself, being honest by showing up consistently. It wasn’t because I had a recording studio or fancy equipment. It was because I was myself because I was honest with myself and I was true to you and you can feel my energy.
The thing about podcasts is that when you first launch, you’re gonna reach the people in your audience, the people that already know you but as you stay consistent in this platform, then Apple starts to push you out to new listeners. And then when people find you, they fall in love with you and they want to work with you. So you just have to stay committed, because that’s where the magic happens from persistence.
